Get Rid of Canada Geese

Canadian geese can be a nuisance around a home or business. Excessive geese can leave droppings that are very unappealing. Customers can become upset when they accidentally step into these literal mounds of poop! Not only is it unfortunate to step in these droppings but they can spread bacteria. This is especially true when it comes to public beaches where the water is growing in fecal content.

It’s not common knowledge but the Canadian goose was endangered in the 1950s. Boy did they make a comeback! These buggers have started to thrive because of low amounts of predators and man made water holes like golf courses. The bird used to migrate but now some groups stay around.

Don’t worry. You can keep your beautiful water ways and ponds. You’ve taken the best step by defending yourselves from these big birds. I’m going to share with you the many ways to deter the Canadian geese. Of course you could always strap on your hunting gear but I imagine you probably decided against that or are unable due to city laws.

There are different ways of deterring the birds from staying on your property. If the birds are already nesting, you can still do something about it too. I will also give links to where you can get the supplies I talk about. Most of them can be found on Amazon but you might be able to find them in a hunting store.
